Payments may be processed by the Platform or third-party payment gateways
The Platform may hold payments temporarily for order verification, delivery confirmation, or dispute resolution
Orders are confirmed only after seller acceptance
The Platform reserves the right to cancel orders in case of:

Suspected fraud
Seller inability to fulfill
Refunds will be processed as per applicable policies.

Sellers are responsible for defective, damaged, or incorrect products

Users and sellers shall not:

All content on the Platform (logos, design, software) is owned by Tents Market or its licensors.
Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
The Platform is not liable for product quality, safety, or legality
The Platform is not responsible for delays caused by sellers or logistics partners
The Platform shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Users and sellers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tents Market from:
Claims arising from breach of these Terms
Product-related liabilities
Violation of applicable laws
We reserve the right to:
Suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice in case of violations
Remove listings that are illegal, misleading, or harmful
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
The Platform shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, strikes, system failures, etc.).
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Chirala,Andhrapradesh.
