Refund & Cancellation Policy – Tents Market

This policy applies to all customers and sellers using Tents Market.
Customers may cancel orders before shipment (if seller allows)
Sellers may cancel orders due to stock or operational issues
Refunds may be issued if:
Product is damaged or defective
Wrong item is delivered
Order is cancelled as per policy
Product is not delivered
Refunds may not apply to:
Customized or made-to-order products
Digital goods (if any)
Items marked as non-returnable by the seller
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
Refund timelines depend on banks/payment gateways
If a refund is approved:
The refunded amount will be adjusted from the seller’s balance or future payouts
Tents Market may act as a mediator but does not guarantee dispute outcomes.
