This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases made on Tents Market (“Platform”), accessible at https://tentsmarket.com.
By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by this Policy.
Customers may cancel an order before dispatch without requiring seller approval.
Cancellation requests can be made through the Platform or official support channels.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is only permitted if:
The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, or
The order is not delivered within the promised timeline.
Sellers may cancel orders only under the following circumstances:
Product is out of stock
Pricing or listing error
Delivery is not serviceable to the provided address
Suspected fraudulent transaction
In such cases, the seller must provide a valid reason for cancellation.
Tents Market reserves the right to cancel any order in the following cases:
Suspected fraud or unauthorized transaction
Violation of Platform policies
Technical or pricing errors
👉 In all such cases, a full refund shall be issued to the customer.
Refunds shall be issued under the following conditions:
Product delivered is damaged, defective, or expired
Incorrect or different product delivered
Order cancelled in accordance with this Policy
Product not delivered within the committed timeline
All refund requests are subject to verification.
Returns or refunds are not applicable in the following cases:
Customized or made-to-order products
Perishable goods (if applicable)
Digital products or services
Personal use items once opened or used
Products clearly marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page at the time of purchase
Customers must raise a return/refund request within 7 days from the date of delivery
Requests must be submitted via the Platform or official support channels
Customers may be required to provide reasonable evidence (such as images or videos)
All requests will be verified within 48–72 hours of submission
Return pickup will not be arranged by the Platform or seller.
In this case, customers may be required to ship the product back as instructed
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:
Refunds will be processed via bank transfer to the customer’s provided account details
Approved refunds will be initiated within 3–7 business days
The final credited amount may take 7–10 business days depending on:
Bank processing timelines
Payment gateway policies
Sellers are responsible for refunds related to their products
The refunded amount will be:
Deducted from seller balance, or
Adjusted against future payouts
The Platform reserves the right to temporarily hold seller payouts (up to 15 days) in case of disputes or investigations.
Tents Market operates as an intermediary platform facilitating transactions between buyers and sellers in accordance with applicable laws
The Platform will review disputes based on available evidence
The decision of the Platform shall be final and binding, subject to applicable law
The Platform reserves the right to:
Reject refund requests in cases of misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity
Suspend or terminate accounts involved in repeated suspicious claims
Such actions will be based on reasonable investigation and internal review.
This Policy is in accordance with:

Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020
Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable rules
